When the digital switchover starts in your area you will need a digital TV (or digital decoder box). This will enable you to receive over 30 FREE digital TV & over 20 FREE digital radio channels without paying a subscription. The majority of UK homes are now able to receive the Freeview service. However, we do recommend that you check your postcode is in a Freeview coverage area, before you rent an integrated digital TV or a digital decoder box.
